Excellent stay
Location is great as it is only within 10 minutes walking distance from two shopping malls. Check in was smooth. Staff were polite and very friendly. They speak very fluent English too. Breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent stay.

- • We stayed in a family room, there were two double beds but the width of the beds was 160cm and I think this was below the standard of a double bed, it was difficult to sleep for two people

Excellent location, but very uncomfortable stay because air-conditioning out of order for 3 days
The cleanliness of the hotel and the pleasant nature of the staff and the 'Service with a smile' attitude. Best of all the excellent location of the hotel. Easy to get to and travel to other locations from.

- • We were at the hotel for 5 nights, 3 nights of which the air-conditioning was not working. It was more than 25 degrees Celcius in the hotel room at night and impossible to sleep comfortably. No table fans were provided to ease the situation, though I learnt later that some rooms were provided with portable fans. This selective treatment is not acceptable at a 5 star hotel like the Westin. All guests should have been informed about the availability of the portable fans, but this did not happen. Upon learning about this and bringing it up with the staff, they said they had run out of fans and were helpless about providing one to us. So we did not get much sleep for 3 nights out of our 5 night stay at the hotel. While one understands that unplanned situations like this can occur, the care imparted to the guests should have been much better. This was not a 5 star experience unfortunately. However I must add that the night Manager Alex was kind enough to offer us a discount for our stay when we brought up this matter with him. That was very kind of him. A good gesture. Appreciate that very much.
Everything about the accommodation was great. The location, the rooms, the entire hotel including the wellness area we liked very much.
