- • Housekeeping staff need to manage rooms more hygienically and the fitness center on the 6th floor causes various impact noises to be transmitted as inter-floor noise to the 5th floor rooms, making it noisy and preventing a comfortable rest.
Very well located and surprisingly quiet hotel for a shopping weekend.
Staff was very nice and super accommodating. The pool and sauna area are very well done. Rooms are very well equipped.

Wonderful. A treat that makes you feel good.
The structure is amazing, very detailed. Excellent stay even if only for one night. Very nice! Breakfast very well organized, spa area perfectly maintained and very clean. The price is not indifferent but it was worth it!

Five-star hotel but far from a five-star experience
The bathroom in the room was very nice, fully renovated, and well maintained. The gym was also a positive aspect of the hotel, well-equipped with a good variety of machines and equipment, meeting the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The parking garage was also very good, convenient, and well maintained. However, I found the price extremely expensive, especially considering the overall experience. The hotel itself is attractive and the facilities have potential. The location was also convenient.

- • Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The room for four people had surprisingly small beds with sinking mattresses at the sides, making the usable sleeping area even smaller. The bathroom, although beautifully renovated, had a very impractical layout with a door positioned in the middle. The Wi-Fi did not work due to an issue with the reservation surnames. The payment procedure was the worst part of the stay, with an unexpected charge and lack of communication.
