The perfect stay
So luxurious and the service is top-notch, everyone is so kind and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is amazing and walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Nestled off of a quiet street so everything felt quiet and serene.

Everything was absolutely exceptional.
Although we arrived a little early, they handled our early check-in with great courtesy and elegance. As a better room was available, they kindly offered it to us so that we would not have to wait. From beginning to end, the entire experience was flawless. It was truly a sophisticated stay that exceeded my expectations. The service, the presentation, the attentiveness, the delicious food, the atmosphere, and the warm welcome we received.

- • They did not clean the room and also left the door open with all our things inside. In addition, after check-out and leaving everything paid and closed, they used my credit card without my authorization to charge us 120 euros for breakfasts we did not consume. I had to call them twice to claim a refund. This is not expected from an accommodation of this category.
