The perfect stay
So luxurious and the service is top-notch, everyone is so kind and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is amazing and walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Nestled off of a quiet street so everything felt quiet and serene.

Everything was absolutely exceptional.
Although we arrived a little early, they handled our early check-in with great courtesy and elegance. As a better room was available, they kindly offered it to us so that we would not have to wait. From beginning to end, the entire experience was flawless. It was truly a sophisticated stay that exceeded my expectations. The service, the presentation, the attentiveness, the delicious food, the atmosphere, and the warm welcome we received.

- • They didn't clean the room and also left the door open with all our things inside. Additionally, after check out and having everything paid and closed, they used my credit card without my authorization to charge us 120 euros for breakfasts we didn't consume. I had to call them twice to claim a refund. It's not expected from an accommodation of this category.
