- • Building a bit cramped with tight common areas. One elevator for the entire hotel. Breakfast time should start earlier.

Good location with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The overall stay was smooth and straightforward.

- • We were given a room on the first floor next to reception (room 104), which was very noisy. You can hear staff conversations and guests checking in, especially at night. The window also opens onto a patio, which does not feel secure, so it is not ideal to keep it open while sleeping when the room feels stuffy and hot.

Excellent location.
It is very well located, close to everything, steps away from the Prado Museum and a few blocks from the center. Very good breakfast. Transportation at the door.
