I don't like Munich as a city.

- • Too bad they built next door. Dirty from the outside, but clean inside.
Price-performance ratio is okay.
The staff at the reception, in the cleaning, the ladies serving at the breakfast table are helpful and flexible. Breakfast is not cheap but plentiful.

After a few embellishments and repairs, it can be a very nice hotel.

- • TV, minibar, air conditioning did not work. Minibar was also very outdated. The bathtub with the curtain was not to our liking, especially since the tub was very narrow. The room itself was okay. The seating in the breakfast room was dirty. The staff was also nice.

- • Room was dirty, window broken (not closable), consequently noisy due to traffic and partying people, also smelled in the room as if people had been smoking there for 20 years. How this hotel got 3 stars is a mystery to me. Request for another room or refund was declined. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful. The pictures on the website do not match reality at all. I would not recommend booking to anyone!!
