- • Faulty hot water. I read in the reviews that some rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately, we had 'old' rooms that did not match the images on booking. Poor soundproofing both from the outside and inside. Limited breakfast (except pastries and bread). There were almost no fresh fruits, no salads, some cheeses, and no omelette

- • Very, very, very poorly soundproofed room, you can hear the neighbor's shower and hairdryer, not to mention the doors and heels clacking until late...

- • It is unacceptable for Oksana (the one responsible for cleaning the room) to come and do it at 3:30 PM (when she should have done it from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Tragic!

- • Booked last minute for a business trip, in the bathroom I found the trash can still full of the dirt from the previous occupants. I called the staff who came to empty the bin and apologized. There was no hot water in the shower and I was told to 'try again later' even though it was almost 11 PM. In my opinion, there was an excessive use of hot water because several school groups had just returned as hotel guests. Breakfast is served from 7:00; when I asked if it was possible to have a coffee and something small before 7:00 since I had to check in, I was told it was not possible. Definitely a service not suitable for the hotel's stars! UPDATE: After reading the review, the hotel called to apologize, a gesture appreciated

- • Really small family room, really exaggerated price despite booking 4 months in advance. Suffocating heat in the room that you wouldn't believe until you experience it! On April 30th, the window was constantly open at night but with no benefit! Unable to access the air conditioning because we were told at the reception that it was too early due to legal issues, but it was clearly on in the lobby! Passable breakfast for the buffet, nothing exceptional, for a coffee or a cappuccino or any hot drink, an endless line of people and only one girl at the bar doing everything alone! Makes you wonder how this is a 4-star hotel!
