Great hotel
Perfect place for a family of 5 to stay. Lovely facilities, awesome pool and lovely staff. Son left his sunglasses and the hotel arranged to send them to our Hanoi hotel

Great value for money well located for local sites and very nice staff

- • Beds hard as, staff not very friendly. As we didn't want our room serviced every day we ran out of toilet paper and water which we were charged for. No sound proofing, even on the 11th floor the street noises were crazy loud, and people being loud out side the rooms at all hours. The breakfast didn't have much western options, so the kids often didn't eat there. They said they were too busy to do the airport drop off which was dumb as we needed two cars to fit out luggage in.

- • Very cold staff with tourists, doesn't smile, doesn't help you with anything, very poor breakfast. They kept us waiting until 2 pm for check-in and we arrived at 6:30 am
