Pathetic, worst hospitality. Rude staff

- • Staff was rude. We arrived early and while waiting ask for water and were refused. Staff told us “no water until you check in”. First impression was bad and I wasn’t expecting any other good hospitality from this place. Housekeeping staff was rude. At check out they ask us to pay for spoons. Teaspoon was in other room we had, receptionist told me to go upstairs and find the spoons and return them. Housekeeping staff took my photo and said something to other staff in local language. 10 minutes later she shouted at me accusing stealing a Teaspoon. I told her we were using disposable spoons we had, and she again took photo of dish I used during the stay. This was so upsetting and I finally paid extra to get rid of the allegations they put on us. This was one of the worst hotel staff I encountered. Later, receptionist told me to give them 5 star review.

The location is excellent - very close to a nice beach, cafes, restaurants with good ratings. In the adjacent building, there is a supermarket, and a laundry nearby. A very decent breakfast, in Asian style, but tasty and with fruits.

- • I was placed in a room without windows. They used to be there, but they were painted over and blocked. This means neither towels nor swimsuits will dry, and the smell of chemicals after cleaning will be with you all the time, and it is quite strong. The shower drain worked quite poorly, and the water stood for some time. The plumbing and furniture are quite "tired". The soundproofing is excellent, and if you, like me, are unlucky and the neighbors will walk with children in the corridor, their squeals will be perfectly audible. The pool is tiny and there are not even any sun loungers around it.
The price matches the hotel's quality. For a fairly cheap price, you get a hotel with clean bed linens, towels. For a couple of days, it's okay, but we definitely wouldn't come back.

- • The hotel looks very tired, the room has a lot of damages, the shower is broken, and there is also mold. The breakfast is meager. The staff does not speak English, it is very difficult to have a dialogue and solve any issues.
