Wonderful Afternoon Tea at The St. Regis Hong Kong
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Signature Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room. The elegant setting and unique dim sum-style trolley, where we could choose our own savouries and sweets, made it special. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious, especially the light scones. Special thanks to Dexter for his excellent service — attentive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout. He made our afternoon even more enjoyable. A highly recommended experience for couples. We will definitely return!

Dinner at L’Envol
We had dinner at L’Envol, and the entire experience was outstanding. The food was exceptional—the Brittany razor clams and the pastry chef’s surprise delicacy were absolute highlights of the meal. Service was prompt, professional, and attentive throughout the evening, with the staff explaining the menu in great detail. A special thank you to Ransley and Alex for taking such wonderful care of us. Highly recommended!

Very great experience in St.Regis Drawing Room
We were having dinner with my friend in August, overall the atmosphere was very nice. The food was amazing and delicious. Shout out to Owen who always takes care about us and knowledgeable. We are very happy and enjoy!

I cannot speak highly enough of The Drawing Room—every detail, from the exquisite food to the flawless service, was absolutely impeccable. But what truly set the evening apart was Owen. His attentiveness and genuine care erased every worry, making the entire experience feel effortless and warm. He has a rare gift for bringing sunlight into the room, even in the middle of the night. Astounding dining experience at L’Envol at St Regis
Words fail to express how impressed my husband and I were by the exquisite food and service and top-notch service at L’Envol tonight. The finesse and creativity Chef Hwang and his team brought to the food was truly mind blowing. The lobster consommé and yellow chicken were absolutely otherworldly! Jusito and Ransley further elevated the dining experience with their sincere service and attention to detail, making it a true delight to dine there. To us, it’s the best restaurant in Hong Kong. First Stay at The St. Regis Hong Kong
For my first St. Regis experience in Hong Kong, I was thoroughly impressed by the great hospitality. A special thank you to assistant chef butler Angel Tam for making the arrival so memorable. Her warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit. She gave a comprehensive introduction to the amenities and the room, and prepared a lovely bottle of sparkling wine alongside a delicious welcome cake featuring local flavors (pineapple bun, egg tart, and mango sticky rice treat). The handwritten welcome letter added a touch of genuine warmth that immediately stood out. For the room itself, the dual-aspect view from this corner room is spectacular, taking in the urban skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed is comfortable the duvet is the best compared to all other St. Regis properties I have visited. Silky smooth, and incredibly comfortable without feeling heavy or overly hot. Bathroom: The standalone, extra-large soaking tub serves as a main feature, marble wall next to it feels like a piece of art. Breakfast was excellent, with options ranging from beautifully presented Japanese set breakfasts to Hong Kong local breakfast set. I had the Japanese set with grilled fish, tamagoyaki, miso soup, that was really good. Overall, an outstanding first impression of The St. Regis Hong Kong, defined by immaculate design, incredible food, and extraordinary butler service. I look forward to returning.

I just completed a thoroughly satisfying 8-night stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong. I rarely give a hotel a perfect 5/5 rating, but this property truly earned it. From seamless communication to flawless hospitality, it made for a wonderfully restful and hassle-free trip. Key Highlights * Flawless Communication & Butler Service The butler team is the absolute heartbeat of this hotel. Communicating with them via WhatsApp was fast, easy, and convenient. What impressed me most was the internal communication across departments: I gave the butler team specific instructions on how I wanted my room set up, and the housekeeping/turndown team executed them perfectly every single day. Not having to repeat myself to different departments is the hallmark of true luxury service. * Spacious Rooms & Hot Room Service Rooms here are exceptionally spacious, especially by Hong Kong standards, making an extended 8-night stay extremely comfortable. Room service was top-notch—my food always arrived piping hot, which isn't always a guarantee at high-end hotels. * Personalized Breakfast & Fine Dining The breakfast service team was incredible. They were genuinely welcoming and took the time to remember my name and my exact drink orders without me having to remind them. It made every morning feel personalized. I also dined at their two-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, where both the food and service were stellar. * Smooth Check-In & Airport Transfers Front desk staff were fast, efficient, and friendly during both check-in and check-out. I also had the butler team arrange airport transportation to and from the hotel. It was significantly more comfortable and convenient than taking a standard taxi or Uber, and I will definitely utilize this service again on my next visit. * Location & Accessibility The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of two MTR stations. Being on Hong Kong Island, you are surrounded by endless dining and shopping options—everything from delicious local cheap eats to high-end Michelin-starred spots is right at your doorstep. Minor Caveats If I had to nitpick, the hotel's location is right next to a highway/bridge ramp, and you don't get direct harbor views. However, since the hotel can't move its physical building, these two minor details are very easy to overlook given how outstanding the rest of the experience is. Final Verdict A truly outstanding luxury experience defined by proactive staff, great dining, and effortless communication. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back on my next trip to Hong Kong!
