- • Room service, we ordered food and it took forever and was very bad. I really didn't like it. Also, very bad WiFi; every time I tried to watch a movie, it stopped all the time. Not very pleased.

Previously, the location was good value for money and balanced, but the facilities are not up to par.

- • The cost per room is now very high, and the towels are old with holes, a very old fan that makes a terrible noise, not air conditioning. I stayed for two nights, they came to clean the room but didn't sweep it. They leave the trash where you left it (clothing tags).

Location is very good. It's important in Mexico City to find a safe, calm neighborhood where you can go outside without any discomfort. I didn't walk much at late times, but it was a very pleasant avenue with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Room was small but totally OK for one person, especially for a short stay. Everything was clean. And the reception people were very nice.

- • The window from my room was facing the avenue, so it was quite noisy during the nights. But I somehow got used to it. The second thing I wasn't happy with was the presence of small tiny flies in my room, definitely not mosquitoes, and of course, their only job was to bite me. But I guess it wasn't a room problem; it might be a problem in Mexico City.
