Отличный отель! Все новое, очень продуманный интерьер в едином стиле. Просто замечательный завтрак!! Расположение тоже неплохое- совсем рядом Бельведер, наша православная церковь, приятно слышать колокольный звон, район огромного количества посольств разных стран. До центра конечно надо пройтись, можно доехать. Но в принципе это не проблема. Отель очень понравился.

До центра конечно надо пройтись, можно доехать. Но в принципе это не проблема. Отель очень понравился.

- • В номерах не было тапочек!!!! Иногда они очень нужны… Персонал на ресепшене не весь квалифицированный- девушка очень долго оформляли что-то, и к сожалению просто не знала Беларусь это страна, или город.. чем вызвало недоумение в глазах у ее же коллег ! Конечно бывает, но пусть учиться!

- • Kaffee aus Vollautomat statt der vorhandenen Siebträgermaschine, Pooltemperatur dürfte etwas wärmer sein.

I would like to leave a wonderful review and share my very positive experience at this hotel. A huge thank you to the staff who took such great care of me and prepared my room in honor of my birthday. They beautifully decorated it with flowers and the exact decorations I had wished for. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are very clean, new, and beautifully designed. The interior is stunning, modern, and highly aesthetic. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, and the restaurants are also outstanding. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Vienna.

- • Неисправный кондиционер в номере, холодно, неисправные сауны, мало лежаков на бассейне, часть персонала не дружелюбные. На номерах сэкономили по материалам.
