Such a nice and strategic hotel located in the center of the city, really close to the biggest mall in Surabaya (just a few walks), big thanks to Mr Azis, Ari and Toni for their warmth hospitality and their helps for our needs, 5/5!

Sheraton staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable and memorable. It is clear that they take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The room is big but cleanliness could be better. Please extend my gratitude and recognition to Eza, Veronica, Alfred, Cindy, and Alga ( from La Patisserie) Tika (from reception) and Aji and Trisna ( cafe bromo) for their hard work and dedication. They are a great asset to the team, and I look forward to visiting again. Room 2007.

Had a one night stay with my family, and their service was super excellent! Booked 2 room (connecting) and requested for mirror art & extra cake slice for a mini surprise. All the requests were executed properly. And I had satisfying check in & check out service with Tika. Thank you so much! Looking forward to stay here again.
