Great hotel to stay either for holiday with family or for business trip.
Breakfast is very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is the best as it is connecting to TP mall. I was very happy with the service. I want to specifically say thank you to the concierge staff who helped me to take the cake I ordered in very last minute from DORE Patisseries at TP Mall. I forgot that I have to buy Birthday cake for someone special so I ordered the cake in a very last minute (around 9.30PM).

Huge thank you to Mas Joko and Mbak Cindy, you both made my day extra memorable. You were so kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel like just service, it felt personal and heartfelt, and I truly appreciate that. Also, shoutout to all the staff who were incredibly warm and welcoming. Being surrounded by such lovely people made my birthday even more joyful than I expected. I left with a full heart and big smile. Thank you for making my birthday so, so happy 🤍✨ Definitely a moment I’ll never forget!

Always remember this hotel.. the food is good, room cleanliness very good and also they always give us warm hospitality especially for front office staff Ryan, Toni, Andi, and pak Budi

Splendid
Receptionist was so helpful when we arrived before designated check-in time (we arrived at 13:00), Miss Janice was so warm to my kids when we checked out. My son lost his favorite toy in Bromo Resto and Mr. Dhika was so helpful in the effort to find it, even offered to send it to Jakarta. The decoration in the lobby is mesmerizing, my daughter can't stop admiring and taking pictures in front of it. The music and ambiance in Kawi Lounge were amazing, food and drink were delicious, it tasted just right.
