Wonderful stay
The room was spacious, they offered many things to keep us comfortable. Easy self check in. Very close to the leaning tower. Access to train station was easy by bus route. Had a Roku stick with access to Netflix. Full shared kitchenette and water fountain. Loved the breakfast location for the ticket for breakfast.

- • The cup in the bathroom had some residue in it. I couldn’t tell if it was from a dishwasher or if it was dirty. Towel warmer didn’t work.
Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended. Great location and host is out of this world good.
Host was fantastic with all areas of our stay. Recommended two superb restaurants. Always available for info and communication. Possible diet option for complimentary soda, however not expected and very much appreciated. Would highly recommend and would stay again when back in Pisa.

- • Our booking included breakfast but there was only a discount voucher. Where? When? This information was not clear.

- • Smelly bathroom (urine smell). Noisy. Paid for breakfast off site and when went to have breakfast not open at 7.30 (even 7.35 as we waited). Text from owner said 7.20. I would like a refund for breakfast paid please?

- • The locker was not working well and it was hard to open, we even had to call the owner because it wouldn't open when we entered the code and the bathroom was quite small especially the shower, it was not comfortable for us. For me, there were too many small tables or armchairs in the room, leaving more space on the side of the bed to walk.
