For context, my husband and I have stayed at a lot of hotels outside the US, and I would rate this hotel among the best! Outstanding customer service and amenities, and very “green”—from QR codes for all menus plus a (small) room credit if you don’t use housekeeping for the day. The food was delicious whether you at poolside or at their fine restaurants. And I’ve never seen a fitness center so large at a resort! They have a unique way to get to the beach, with an elevator that takes you down to the platform and you can jump right into the sea! There are pathways that you can walk into town and lots of little parks along the way. Absolutely recommend this hotel highly!!

The hotel is very stylish and modern. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The outside garden areas and swimming pools are very well kept and there are plenty of sunbeds. The food standard and choices were excellent. The only small 'gripe' I have is that it's very difficult to get drinks at mealtimes. At breakfast, there are no juice or tea/coffee machines. You have to get a waiters attention and order your drinks. This wasn't too bad in the morning and at lunchtime but not great in the evening if you wanted a glass of wine with your meal. I'm not sure if it was because I was a solo diner but I felt I was always having to seek someone out to order a drink. It might ber better to apply the same system as the beach/poolside where you ordered a drink via a QR code and it was swiftly delivered to your sunbed.

Property is in excellent condition and location super . there has been a lot of upgrades done to keep it in tip top condition.

I love to travel and rarely return to the same hotel, Akra Antalya is a notable exception. I'm also not one to leave reviews often, but after years of experiencing their exceptional service, I feel compelled to share my experience. In the recent years, I've found it increasingly difficult to discover a hotel that offers real value for money. Akra Antalya is a true gem in this regard. I've been a returning guest for 6-7 years, initially for short trips with my partner, and for the last 3 years, it has become a family tradition where we meet with close relatives who lives in Turkey. Beyond the stunning Mediterranean views, the sea and excellent location, the quality of service is genuinely 5-star. The staff is well-trained, professional, friendly, and helpful, showing meticulous attention to detail. The variety and quality of food at every meal are superb! Another impressive feature is how the hotel caters to every age group without feeling like a crowded, kid-dominated resort. Our family's ages range from 3 to 70, and no one has ever felt left out. Most importantly, they have consistently maintained this exceptional level of service year after year, in my experience, a standard that is unmatched not only in Antalya but across all of Turkey. This year's renovations, particularly the new elevator to the beach, have made the experience even more enjoyable. Akra Antalya has become part of our family memories. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any type of traveler.

the outside pool looked excellent but wasn't confurtable to stay there for long. too many flies and mosquitos . Much better by the sea side
