Little you get for the price.
The location is good, close to the station and sky plaza mall.

- • - Staff can be a little bit more friendlier , a boss being very directive to another staff In front of you doesn't look good in a customer service environment. Otherwise they were kind. - Asked to clean the room and after 2 hours the room was still not being cleaned. - Asked for cuttlery set which never made it to the room. - Asked for additional slippers , it took time. - Not up to the Marriott level. Not sure if Frankfurt is losing its hospitality grade. - Dust was coming out of the AC. - Breakfast room service prices can be better and there isn't much variety. - There is no Spa or massage service. - uncomfy spring beds
Acceptable accommodation, but room for improvement. Not at a 5-star level in my opinion.

- • Outdated decor, especially bathrooms in need of renovation. Beds too soft resulting in back pain. Missing coffee machine in the room.

The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. I forgot something and they kept it for about 3 months, but they promptly and politely dealt with it, I can't thank them enough. I never thought I would get my forgotten item back in a foreign country, so I was moved. It's a wonderful hotel.

- • There was temporary traffic stopped on May 1st and we bought tram tickets - but tram 16 did not run for hours after the end of the cyclists' race, although cars were running on the same route.
