- • We had booked for 6 days long in advance, and only got a room on the 10th floor (out of 32 floors). In front of the hotel is a large construction site that significantly worsened the view of Marina Bay Sands. In addition, the visit to the bar on the 32nd floor was not included in the price, it should be available to all hotel guests

Wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and really lovely pool. Club food needs a review.
All staff from the doorman when we arrived at 6:30 am, check-in, Club reception and welcome, absolutely everyone we spoke to who served us at the Club, all staff to help us manage our bags and ultimately leave were just outstanding. A credit to the hotel and truly lovely people. The facilities and particularly the room were absolutely amazing, the pool a really pleasant surprise, so nice to spend the afternoon in. As a one night stopover, where we did not want to go into the city, this hotel was perfect.

- • When looking for a Club Room experience we had read that the food offered at Ritz was next level, I think one review suggested it was a 'Gourmet Club Experience'. Breakfast was fantastic and was really enjoyable, but the food offered throughout the day didn't meet that standard. The evening food was actually poor and cold, it was well below what we expected, below other hotels and we really felt that it did not meet any standard that could be called Ritz Carlton. A real shame as this was what we had booked into the hotel for in our one night stop over.
