I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.
I like everything about this hotel, the staff are excellent, very helpful and always treat you with a smile. The breakfast buffet is excellent, we have different food every day. The staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

- • I think I’m just a bit disappointed with the massage facilities because the aircon wasn’t on when we came there for a massage and no one was there to attend us for any help required. Other than that, I have no issue staying here.

- • Toilet didn't flush, aircon didn't work properly. I called the front desk to change rooms but nothing happened. I had to go to another room at night to use the toilet. When I left the hotel, the toilet was full of excrement because it wouldn't flush and the room had a bad smell. It was a terrible experience.
Our stay made us feel like we were truly on vacation.

- • Cockroaches keep appearing in the room, and there is a strange smell. Sent a message to the hotel through Booking but received no response. The air conditioning in the room is very loud, even when the temperature is adjusted higher, it is still very cold. The breakfast variety is very limited.
