- • The bathroom was quite small, the shower was broken and wouldn't hang. When we arrived, we had to wait for the owner for about 15 minutes in front of the building.

- • The apartment is dirty, rundown, and very poorly maintained. Several facilities are in a worrying state: old and clogged shower, furniture repaired with tape, straw chair in poor condition, electrical outlets not secure with exposed cables. The accommodation is also extremely noisy. It is difficult, if not impossible, to rest. The apartment is separated from the adjoining accommodation by a simple board, so you can hear practically everything and live according to the rhythm of the occupants of the neighboring accommodation, who were particularly noisy. Regarding the kitchen, the equipment is almost non-existent: only two forks available and very little material for real cooking. Another very disappointing point: the owner does not respond to any messages, despite the solicitations. It is therefore particularly difficult to get a response or a solution when a problem arises during the stay. Finally, the photos in the ad do not correspond to a single accommodation: they seem to mix several different apartments, which gives a misleading representation of the actual accommodation occupied.

The location was very good, both from the old town and the train station 10 minutes away. Several shops, bakeries, breakfast places nearby.

- • The accommodation pictures were mixed up, so I didn't get a realistic picture of the place. The accommodation is very basic, I can only imagine it if we wander around all day. One fridge, two forks, spoons, knives, three chairs for five people. Without air conditioning, it's quite hot in the summer, if we open the window, we can listen to engines and garbage trucks all night.

I only spent two nights and was out all day but honestly cleanliness wasn’t the best overall could’ve been better

- • The accommodation is very dirty, some sockets don't work, the oven doesn't work. The kitchen is almost not equipped, except for two forks, a frying pan, and a pot, which were so dirty and old that I didn't want to cook in them. Unfortunately, no one reacted to these comments and took no action.
The accommodation is very well located, a few minutes from the center of Bari. The facilities are basic but it's fine for sleeping. The host was very kind to us and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time to visit the city.
