- • There are noises and disturbances around the clock, no rest or privacy, demands are not met and executed immediately and need to be repeated 10 times and still not done
The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful, also give the Guest services guy (bellboy for lack of a better description) a huge raise he made the stay so nice! I was there for dragoncon. The hotel lobby and historical value of the property, the restaurant and wait staff were also amazing!

- • The room could have used a desk but that is really my only gripe. Things at the front desk like drinks and snacks were way too overpriced, like I totally understand the hotel wanting to make money but $9 for a Red Bull was insane and it was the little Red Bull not even the full-size cans.
Loved the room and the staff was so friendly!
