The hotel service is impeccable!
The location is excellent. The hotel service is impeccable! The breakfast is very good! And the view of the lake and snow-capped mountains was a spectacle in itself. Highly recommend!

- • The only thing that bothered me a little was the cleaning service in the room. They didn't replenish the soaps and toilet paper. But nothing that affected the trip, as I made the request and they replenished it immediately.
Excellent in everything, location, bed comfort, breakfast, all very good.

- • What I would note, which doesn't change my score of 10, is that there is no one to help you with the suitcases and the hotel entrance is a bit difficult because it's on the first floor. There is no closet and in winter, when you bring a lot of clothes, you have to leave most of the clothes in the suitcases. Just that as an observation.
Hotel with everything you need to have an experience in Bariloche!
Perfect location, access to shops and restaurants at any time without depending on a car. Very attentive service, comfortable room, and a breathtaking view of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

Very good hotel, great location, you can do everything on foot, including one of the meeting points for tours is around the corner, large and comfortable room, very helpful staff. The breakfast is not very elaborate, but it's very good, and there is a restaurant in the hotel for days when you don't want to go out for dinner. Highly recommend

- • That it doesn't have a gym and the voucher they give you is for a gym that you have to walk about 8 minutes to and in the cold, that's too long. In addition, the breakfast doesn't offer variety in proteins, only eggs and the rest, which is very tasty but not very healthy. They should add some protein to the breakfast
The service and attendance are excellent
