- • There could have been a fridge in the room and some basic tableware available. Kitchen and shared fridge were not accessible. For a guesthouse located out of town, where guests rely on their own transport and need to go out for meals, it would be nice to have some on-site facilities to at least store cold drinks or snacks. There was a barbecue area, but it was not really intended for guest use. Breakfast was okay, but lacked variety (some fruits, cereals, 1 type of bread, cheese, and ham). Fortunately, it was not too hot in June, but there was also no air conditioning in the room

- • I had the smallest room in the house, the bathroom is just a bit too small for my comfort. Beautiful and clean but too small
Perfect starting point for tours in the region
Excellent for visiting Sintra, Cascais, Cabo da Roca, and Lisbon from here. Quiet, enclosed area, nicely decorated rooms with wooden floors, in addition to a shared garden room, beautiful pool in a lovely garden. Very good breakfast with local products. We were perfectly and warmly attended to by Patricia and Ricardo. Ricardo also provides a smartphone app with tips on sights, restaurants, activities, and links to bus and train schedules - very useful! We extended our stay to almost a week. And of course, we will come back

Delightful stay
Good location, as you are quickly at restaurants, attractions, and the beach by car. Lovely fresh breakfast. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Nice pool where you can relax. Nice to have a mosquito net on the window
