This is my third stay at the Embassy Suites in Bogota. The staff is very kind and helpful. The dinner options at the hotel are plenty and very good if you dont want to go out to eat. Highly Recommended!

Buen hotel. Cosas por ajustar para mejorar.
Buena zona y siempre he elegido este hotel. Esta vez vi varios problemas con el internet, el check in y cargos a mi habitación que no había hecho. Aunque todo lo solucionaron no dejo de ser incómodo.

The hotel is very nice and the room is a suite. The staff is very nice and helpful. The area is amazing with a wonderful vibe and plenty of restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

The breakfast buffet is plentiful and a delight. The restaurant staff are superb. Gave them a small bag to be washed. Although I acknowledge I should have checked the price, they could have warned me it was dry clean only (as it was clearly a bag of casual cotton clothes) and that little bag of clothes turned out to be ~$130plus! Ouch. Lots of restaurants in the nice neighborhood or a short uber ride away. Felt very safe. The massages were very light and not really worth it.

Great property, the staff were kind and helpful. The location is great and the room was better than I expected. Also the free happy hour was a great feature.

My new go-to in Bogotá
I have stayed at Embassy Suites Rosales twice now. The hotel is fine, and the price was reasonable. The best thing about this place is its location - right in the center of Bogota's gastronomic center. Can't throw a rock without hitting a good restaurant. Less than 2 minute walk to Argentine, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, general Asian, and of course Colombian cuisine. This is a nice neighborhood, however always be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are in Bogotá. A couple years back I stayed at this place and a colleague was robbed at gunpoint by a fake cop a couple blocks away from the hotel. This is not likely to happen to you in this sector but common-sense precautions are always appropriate in Colombia
