- • Our tub did not drain. we put in a request for someone to come check it and it never got fixed.
Other than the above mentioned complaints, the stay was very nice

- • no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no microwave in the room, not enough lighting in the entry to the room, no cart available at early morning check-out, we had to make several trips from the room to the elevator and from the hotel to our car. Mirrors in the room were streaked and smeared.
Besides the wet carpet issue everything was fine.

- • I didn’t like that the carpet was wet beside the air conditioner and when I called about it the person at the desk advised that’s how all the rooms are…I had to call again the next day because I started to smell mildew and the carpet was turning brown, they sent maintenance to clean it but that’s definitely concerning.
