- • It was a bit honest that we had to ask for toilet paper at the reception, even though the room had been cleaned. The bathroom seemed a bit 'worn' considering it was designated as business class.
Fine with a few disappointing things.
Spacious room, magnificent view. Excellent beds, nice height, comfortable chair to sit in. A very extensive and high-quality breakfast, absolutely top-notch!! The staff very helpful, polite, and nice. Beautiful bathroom, feels luxurious. Standing in the bath itself is very tricky, almost fell. The remark 'it can be slippery' should not be allowed. It just needs to be made safe. Location of the hotel is fine, close to museums, shops, Den Gamle By. Nice various seating areas in the lobby. Fantastic that with one press of a button next to your bed, you can turn off all the lights at once. Nice to have a safe and the possibility to make tea. I did not use it.

- • The dinner menu is very limited. I did not expect that in such a large hotel. I was disappointed that the various information such as check-out time, breakfast times, what else is there to do, etc. was not simply put on paper. I had already discussed it with a woman behind the desk. She said 'you can find that on TV'. But if you don't watch TV, you miss that. I was disappointed that there is no coffee or other drinks available between breakfast and 3:00 p.m. I got that information from the desk. Coincidentally, the manager was behind the coffee machine in the lobby, so I thought, I'll give it a try. No problem, ma'am, nice, polite. That's what I find nice and surprising. It was difficult for me that the room door is very heavy. But I understand why, in case of a fire??
