- • The boy said to the cocktail and champagne area on the ground floor. It is not courteous enough for a selected clientele like that of this hotel, it is unpleasant, edgy. Customers need to be pampered, and kindness is the first thing. I suggest that he be given appropriate training because he cannot deal with the public in a structure of this kind. I am talking about the boy with slightly long straight hair, around 35 years old, with brown hair and tall.

- • The variety of breakfast buffet is somewhat lacking. When I asked for balsamic vinegar on the vegetables, it was not available. The price is somewhat high. It was almost double the price of the same period in 2023.
