Great location, but rather poor for Sofitel.
Good location to explore Beijing. The concierge spoke good English, was super friendly, and helpful with all questions or organizing trips.

Very Poor Experience
Very poor experience. Should have trusted the negative review. At most a 3-star hotel. The room was old, which is not really a problem if it is well maintained. But this is not the case, the bed was sunken, the thermostat was so warm causing the room to be 27 degrees Celsius. Asked for a fan, they said all fans were sent out so none available. As an elite Accor Plus member, this really falls short of the experience and standard.
