- • Employees were not friendly at all, no wifi in the swimming pool, room amenities were very poor for a 5-star hotel (I understand it is under ESG rules but for a luxury hotel they could replace it with eco-friendly options). They claimed to offer pick-up service from the airport (extra cost), but I sent them several messages via booking and received no response at all. Overall, service was very poor for a Hyatt hotel
