Huge cockroach in my shower, reported it to front desk and they didn't seem alarmed...more like it was common. Floors are dirty and dated. Construction going on in the area so very hard to get in and out of.

I've stayed at this hotel many times but they are going through a remodel and nothing works! The toilet backed up every time I flushed it. I had to call Maintenance multiple times. The TV did not work. There is only 1 elevator that works so waiting to get inside or leave is extremely time-consuming. Overall, this place is a disaster. Will not book again. It was disgusting. Oh and the Primo restaurant? Both of us got food poisoning. Disgusting

The hotel is undergoing renovation and everything is hard to find. The hallways are filthy. The room is okay. But doesn’t appear to be anywhere for breakfast! Very disappointed!
