- • Hotel's parking is very expensive at 32,--/day. Music in the breakfast room was too loud for our taste. The hotel bar needs a style consultation, the small bar could be much fancier. However, the bartender was top-notch! Too few hangers in the closet.
Great location in a classy traditional hotel, great service.
The room was very nice, large, and comfortable. Looked a bit tired but I prefer antique furniture, perhaps newer draperies or lights could renovate it. It did have an outlet next to the bed. We really liked the restaurant. It is beautiful and intimate with great service and food, we went back the next day. Breakfast was also in that room, very good, lots of choices. We'll come back if in Genoa.

Magnificent house with breathtaking staircase, noble lounges, stucco work, marble floors, and mosaics. Elegant seating and 2 restaurants. Everything color-coordinated harmoniously. Great, courteous, and discreet staff at the reception, in the breakfast room, and everywhere. The house is used for receptions. Excellent location directly on Via XX Septembre.

- • I believe a noble house deserves equally noble guests. Those staying in such a house should pay them respect and dress in an elevated manner. As a just arrived regular Booking.com customer, one does not live up to this. Next time we will consider this and dress with style and culture. Personally, I appreciate Genoa for its authenticity, its location, its long and great history, and its art historical gems. Thank you for the great stay.
