We would book the hotel again anytime even if the price is at the upper level.
The location in the city center of Dom, shops, and restaurants. The concierge was very friendly and attentive. The room was large, comfortable. The offer of a coffee machine, shower amenities, etc. was very welcome.

- • The entrance was a construction site. The elevators were outdated and not of a modern size. The portal was hidden and not immediately visible.

A wonderful experience and I will repeat it
Honestly, it was a great experience by all standards. Starting from the hospitality, we as Arabs appreciate this aspect a lot. Mr. Abdullah was extremely polite and courteous, and the reception was warm and comfortable, facilitating all procedures with professionalism. As for the location, it is very distinctive, in the heart of Milan, easy to reach, and close to markets and beautiful landmarks, making the stay very comfortable. As for the room, it is modern and up-to-date, keeping up with developments through the smart system used, with a distinctive aesthetic touch like the white color that gives a feeling as if you are in Santorini Island in Greece. Finally, in terms of price, it is completely worth what is paid for it, and it is considered excellent compared to other options, as the value for service was clear and distinctive. This will definitely be my favorite place in Milan, and I will return again with my family, God willing. Thank you very much.

- • After 11 PM you would have to pay extra (€50 to/€100) to check in. We were lucky to arrive at 10:30 PM. We were asked if we wanted a room with a hot tub (€50 per night) but we were not interested. We still got this room without a surcharge, it was simply available. It would have been different if they had just offered an upgrade. Otherwise, really worth it and highly recommended.
Very pleasant stay and I recommend this hotel!
I liked its location, very close to everything. The room is large and spacious. I particularly liked the shutter system that allowed us to sleep in darkness without ever being woken up by light. I really appreciated that the man at the reception offered me a quiet room without too much noise around. We needed tranquility and this room met all our expectations. There is also a small fridge available for an additional cost. The shower is large and spacious with a good water flow. The staff is also very friendly. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator available.

- • You need to be vigilant to find this hotel. You have to look at the signboard on the side of the building, as if you were going to ring to enter an apartment. We were lucky because it was a lady on the other side of the building who guided us. I did not see a sign indicating where the hotel is located. So when you arrive on the small street, it is on your left towards the middle of the street.
