Excellent location. Easy check-in and check-out. Shower and bathtub easy to adjust. Stable Wi-Fi. Good TV. Very comfortable bed. Blackout curtains work well. Varied breakfast. Taxi available in front of the hotel.

I organized an event at the Sheraton WTC with almost 20 people (Managers and Executives) over 3 days and nights, and everything was very good! The bedrooms, meeting rooms, coffee, and all the infrastructure were excellent! I would like to highlight the very good support that I received from Paula Macedo and Beatriz. Thanks a lot!
