Love this hotel! Stayed 3 nights and explored so much. The location is incredibly convenient, it's walking distance to bus/tram connections. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with great variety and high-quality options - such a nice way to start the day. All the staff was wonderful and helpful. I wanted to extend my deepest thanks to concierge Mariano for going above and beyond to make my daughter's 7th birthday truly unforgettable. The surprise treat you arranged was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture - her face lit up with pure joy, and it's a moment we'll cherish forever. We are so grateful and will always remember your thoughtfulness.

- • The noise on the weekend near Toison d'Or... young people coming out of the nightclub. But it was my choice to have a room on this side.

The service at the bar was very good, especially by the bearded employee (I don't remember his name).

- • The hotel itself is not bad, but it's far from being a 5-star. I think it would be, at most, 4 stars. I didn't find the room very clean and the bed was somewhat misconfigured with the additional pillow.

- • The room looked very tired, the coffee machine was in poor repair. The bathroom door looked well worn, paintwork chipped. Small things like this detract from the appearance of the hotel.
