Great hotel! Highly recommend.
The hotel was just gorgeous, the aesthetics were beautiful. The room was big and very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Dinner at Madame B was wonderful! Well located just a short walk from the city centre, would highly recommend.

- • The elevator was broken for the whole stay, and it was a process to get around.

The cinema room is a noteworthy feature. The overall design is pleasant and all the staff are friendly. From the concierge to the cleaning staff, always particularly helpful.

- • One particular episode: we had arranged for a crib for a newborn to be set up but we didn't find it upon arrival. When requested, a crib for older children was brought to us, without sheets and above all not clean. It was dusty and had significant stains. After such a mistake, I would have expected an apology but nothing came. Overall, we didn't feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. For those, I would expect a bit more attention. For example: the fitness room leaves something to be desired, there is no A/C or ventilation and it's not a pleasant place to work out. Finally, the restaurant should reserve seats for hotel guests and the staff should suggest to guests to book in advance if they don't want to go hungry.

- • They gave us a room over the employee entrance. We didn’t realize it until we checked out. But we had little sleep for two nights. That room should not be used!

- • 1. The breakfast is very rich, but for each cup of coffee you had to ask the staff, who couldn't always manage it. Additional self-service would be more helpful here. 2. Uncomfortable seating in the breakfast room. Rather pseudo-elegant atmosphere
