Interesting, close to everything, gym needs a bit of maintenance, broken equipment. Easy to find.

Only stayed one night, very comfortable stay

Clean studio but poor breakfast

Studio with balcony very clean, comfortable bedding. Very friendly reception staff. However, the breakfast... for a price too high EVERYTHING is industrial, what a disappointment. We went down at 8 am the first morning, no more bread!!! I thought it was a joke but no. Fresh juice machine broken... every morning but plenty of industrial juices! Really a shame because we really liked our accommodation.

Excellent stay! The hotel is close to the train station and the Part Dieu shopping center, everything you need is nearby. Clean and well-equipped hotel with a well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed, pleasant pool, quiet hotel. Excellent value for money

Catastrophic: lack of respect, total absence of professionalism, chaotic management and questionable hygiene. That's how I would summarize my experience in this hotel. I booked on Wednesday, via Hotels.com, for a stay on Sunday, specifying that it was for 2 adults and a 2-year-old child. From the reservation, I sent a message to request a crib for my daughter. No response on Thursday, I follow up. No response on Friday, I follow up again and try to call: no one answers. Saturday, I change strategy and send an email directly to the hotel... still no response. Sunday, at 2 pm, miracle: someone finally answers. I specify my arrival at 5 pm and reiterate my request for the crib. I am told that they will do "everything possible". Upon my arrival at 5:30 pm, the same person tells me that he has found no solution: either my daughter sleeps with us, or... they lend us towels so she can sleep on the dirty tile floor of the room. Unacceptable. I then ask for a room change with a suitable bed: impossible, the hotel would be full. The receptionist, with a smirk on his lips, makes it clear that he doesn't care. I ask to speak to a manager: he calls me and hands me the phone. Again, no solution. I propose different alternatives (a mattress on the floor, a refund if I buy a crib myself, etc.). Everything is categorically refused.

Average structure, many details to be reviewed (non-functioning phone, few dishes, very approximate cleaning). It would be necessary to introduce at least a weekly cleaning service (we never had it in 8 days), with towel and sheet change (possible but all at an additional cost and expensive, for example a pair of large towels 15 euros, cleaning 40 euros, etc.). Area near the station with all amenities, convenient for transportation to and from the center.

I expected that a 4-star place would have AC... especially for a modern hotel. I stayed there during a heat wave. Not fun.
