- • The very small pot where they keep 2 turtles is really poor and not Hyatt-like. I was shocked and disappointed about such animal treatment on the pool area level.
The hotel is very high-end, just need to climb a staircase with luggage! The accommodation feels very good

- • When it's crowded, the breakfast coffee doesn't come when ordered, you have to order a second time for it to come. It is suggested to simply set up a coffee machine for guests to help themselves. The omelette for breakfast is delicious, and the person frying eggs is quite polite
