- • The spa area de facto only offers a swimming pool. The whirlpool and sauna are largely closed during the day. And only on weekends are you allowed to swim before 9:00, otherwise only from noon. You also only get one apartment key, which is very impractical for multiple people.

- • The staff present on the first day could not speak English and were not very service-oriented. Barely received any information on how to find the apartment and no information at all about the hotel, where the pool was located, or anything else. The kitchen was poorly equipped, not enough cutlery for everyone. We were five people but only sleeping space for four. Dirty drawers in the kitchen. No blackout options in the bedrooms and the windows faced east, so morning sun from early morning made it difficult to sleep. Only one key to the apartment for five people.

Closed location with 24/7 reception. The complex includes parking and a nice pool. All apartments are accessible by elevator. The apartment was large, spacious, clean, and decently furnished.

- • The kitchen facilities do not correspond to the level of the entire apartment. The bed did not suit me, but that was probably my personal problem.
