- • Unpleasant smell in the apartment above the pool hall (most likely from the heating roof). The pool usage rules don't seem to apply to the Russians, who don't follow them and no one does anything about it. Air conditioning would be useful on hot days, especially considering the unpleasant chemical smell from the roof.

- • The pool's opening hours did not match the actual opening hours (During the week only from 12-8 pm, usable for children only until 5:30 pm). The staff spoke poor English. There was no hot water in the holiday apartment for the first two days. Only one key was provided for a family of 4. Poor internet.

- • The spa area actually only offers a swimming pool. The whirlpool and sauna are largely closed during the day. And only on weekends can you swim before 9:00 am, otherwise only from noon. You also only get one apartment key, which is very impractical for multiple people.
