Staff in the restaurant were all great. Very attentive. Room attendants were great as well. One day they even cleaned our room twice. Not sure what that was all about.

- • At check-in we inquired if they had currency exchange. We indicated that the Golden Tulip Lucknow had, they said to return at 9 pm and they could assist. At 9 pm they said that the guy who could help was not in Agra but could call a tuk-tuk to take us someplace. Very odd. If they couldn't help they should have told us at the time. 9 pm is too late to look for a currency exchange place.
