All the staff were very kind and polite, which was very good. I was surprised by the loud noise of the laundry dryer in the middle of the night. I couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioning, so it was hot. Since it was midnight, I couldn't say anything.

It was good that the membership information was linked and I didn't have to search. It was nice to have additional blankets and face towels. It's a shame that the coin drink service was gone, but it was good to have various things. I will be in your care next month as well.

Just a normal business hotel. The walls seemed thin as I could hear the noise from the corridor quite well, but it was clean and good.
