The alleys surrounding the hotel were so bad. Unfortunately, very poor AC which was the main downside of our stay. As for the area around the property was

It was great! I stayed 4 nights then extended it to 5 and they gave a better room for my additional stay. It's so close to the bus station ADO and there are several food options around if you walk to Palapas Park. The staff was cool and the place very neat, internet is amazing everywhere. There is a Starbucks on the 1st floor, a restaurant, and a bar, the rooftop is very cool if you are using the pool at night as it has a nightclub with live music. They stored my luggage after my check out for free. Definitely will come back.

Hotel is very close to the ADO station and my room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The hotel is a good value for the price. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Beautiful spot in a busy area
Location is central a few minutes' walk to everything one would need especially the bus to and from the airport! Room large modern with a balcony, bed, and bedding clean very comfortable huge washroom with rain shower. Breakfast the highlight of the day!
