Friendly and accommodating staff made our celebration very special with free upgrade on room and a delicious mousse! Great location for exploring heraklion’s old town. Very good buffet breakfast.

Perfect for what we wanted - very comfortable beds - brilliant location and excellent breakfast
Lovely staff - especially at breakfast - so friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast was copious - the rooms were very clean and the location is perfect for exploring the museum and old town - all very walkable

- • It is a little bit dated - the carpets could do with replacing and some of the harbour view rooms don’t really have much of a view.

- • Pools closed in winter, although outside temperature and weather were very good
The breakfast is exceptionally rich, the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel's parking lot is convenient.

- • The view (room with sea view) was not as nice as hoped, as it was rather sideways.
Nothing makes you want to linger in this hotel, which is convenient as it is very close to downtown :)

- • The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Otherwise, the hotel is old, the rooms tiny, the bed uncomfortable, a mini pillow to sleep on. There is a rooftop with an incredible and panoramic view of the entire city. There is a pool on the rooftop. It was not open when we went there on April 6, but it is very small. I don't understand how the hotel got 5 stars. I think there are huge differences between 5-star hotels in Greece. The photos on the website do not reflect reality at all. The staff is helpful.

- • The gym is very small and musty. Very limited parking for a hotel of that size.
