Excellent price-quality ratio, good location, delicious breakfast, willing and trained staff.
The kindness of the staff, there was willingness to accommodate our requests. The breakfast is very good, with a buffet counter and also includes menu options at no additional cost. The breakfast staff is also impeccable and helpful.

Good position, nice staff
We really enjoyed our three-night stay here, as we were already familiar with the property. We also stayed in Cusco and Puno. The staff were incredibly friendly—especially Marco, who was very helpful with taxis, understood our request for a quieter room, and handled all our needs generally. You sleep very well thanks to the large beds. Everything was clean. There is underground parking accessible by elevator. If they had a restaurant too, I’d give it a 10! A young, welcoming team—they were all great! The position is quiet and central to discover the city. Thanks for all! We recommend it!
