- • I was disturbed by noise at night in my first room, so I changed rooms at 11 PM. The room is too hot, and the temperature cannot be turned down.
Wonderful hotel with free shuttle
We were very happy with our stay. Room was spacious. Executive lounge was large and had good schedule. Free shuttle to Meguro station with drop off on request at nearby metro station as well. Points needed were 102000 for three nights, which was reasonable since if paying I would spend about $1100.

Lovely Hotel
This hotel was by far my favorite place we stayed. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was phenomenal. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming.
