- • I found it unfortunate that a room is assigned where, upon looking at the list of defects, one sees that the TV does not work. The suggestion that this should have been reported immediately was not really helpful either.

- • Ceiling in the bathroom showed signs of mold. Part of the equipment is quite old. Rather unusual for such a chain. It's just behind the train station... not a big deal, if the passage through the train station didn't smell so much like urine.
