The hotel is beautiful, and its location on the banks of the Nile is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. They made our stay even more memorable

- • Everything was perfect, except for the sun loungers by the swimming pool. Some show signs of wear and are not very comfortable, so replacing them could further improve the pool area.

- • The staff is very absent. They don't even seem interested in the guests. We haven't seen any managers. No concierge services to offer us services !!!! Nothing at all !!!! For a hotel of this level, a Nespresso machine is missing. All its competitors (Sofitel and Radisson where we go) have one.
Nothing to report, I have no negative points to mention.
I liked everything: the hotel's location, the quality of service and the warm welcome from the staff, the comfort of the room as well as the services offered (breakfast, pool, etc.). A flawless stay.

The hotel is overall fine, pleasant and comfortable, but I will not keep an exceptional memory of it. However, the spa deserves a special mention. I was lucky enough to be massaged by Niloh, the Indonesian masseuse, who does a remarkable job. Very professional, attentive and particularly gifted, she truly made a difference during my stay. An excellent spa experience, mainly thanks to her.

- • The staff can sometimes be a bit too familiar with the guests. I was also bothered by the noise of the cleaning staff, who sometimes speak very loudly in the corridors during service hours, making it difficult to work or rest in the room. Finally, I found it quite inappropriate that some employees directly ask customers to post good reviews about them. A review should, in my opinion, remain spontaneous and reflect the real customer experience.

Superb stay at the Hilton Luxor Resort
Wonderful setting with a view over the Nile River. Exceptional staff. Beautiful pool area on the banks of the Nile. Fabulous breakfast spread and great variety of food available at the various restaurants. Close proximity to the Luxor sights, museum, and temples.
