- • No lift being a heritage building having a top floor room gives you a workout I suppose

- • I booked a luxury room in the main building, but since there was no elevator and I couldn't manage the stairs (which were numerous), I requested a different category room, which they offered me in the annex. When it came time to pay, I had to pay for the luxury room I didn't use, which I found very unacceptable from such a prestigious hotel.
Not comfortable yet! Hope for improvement next time!

- • No dressing table for women! Mini bar in the wardrobe is very inconvenient and not user-friendly! The bathtub does not have shampoo, shower gel ready, when bathing, you have to bring it from the bathroom, which is really inconvenient! The hand soap bottle is tilted and hard to use, easy to spill, not hygienic!...
