- • Very outdated in terms of facilities. Would have been a grand hotel in its day. Needs to be revamped badly as to technology and facilities

- • The extremely high noise from a nearby music festival during two days just after TET when we stayed at the hotel. Kept going till 23.25. Before that it was quite uncomfortable to be in the room.
