Outdated hotel, clean but in need of an upgrade- not a luxurious experience.

- • The room is very old and pretty small, no elevator for our room (2 floor), we had a big stain on the wall and we asked to change room, no one returned with an answer.
Great place to stay alone or with family .
Amazing location , great atmosphere around the hotel . The staff it’s super nice and willing to help you with everything. Cars, booking , tours etc Breakfast it’s top notch.

Terrific location, great stay. Loved it.
The hotel is very good but what amazed me was the behaviour of the staff. They were really kind and nice people who ensured all our requests were taken care of to the best of their abilities. The breakfast is ala carte where you can order from a predefined menu ; taste was good. Location - this is where the hotel thrives. Too good location at the heart of hanoi ! I will definitely stay at this hotel in future given that the price point it comes in & the services that are provided.
