It was in a good location. The rooms were big. We were able to use the bicycle provided to ride out to the rice fields.

- • I booked a room and paid by card, called in advance to ask if there was parking, the staff said there was parking outside on the street, but when I arrived, I was extremely upset because the street was too narrow and crowded with motorbikes passing by, unable to park in front of the door. The staff said I had to park 300m away, while I have 2 babies and a lot of luggage, even though I asked carefully before booking and paying. Finally, I accepted the loss of money and spent an hour circling Hoi An to find another place to stay, a very bad experience!
The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, with a balcony as a plus. Full facilities in the room. Not fancy but meets the needs. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The place is not noisy, quiet. The location is quite close to the old town, about a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride. The villa is located in an alley with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, breakfast places, and a spa, so it's quite convenient. In terms of the villa's accommodation price range, there is nothing to complain about this place.

- • There is only one issue, if you drive by car, you should contact the accommodation in advance to ask for directions on parking. When I went, I was lucky to be able to park right in front of the villa, but if you arrive later and there is already a car parked in front, it will be a bit inconvenient regarding parking (I think the villa has a solution for this, you should ask for guidance to be proactive). If you don't drive a car, it's great, nothing to worry about.
Great location & clean
Very good location - max 15 min walk from most places we wanted to go. Air conditioning in the room was good. Staff were great - we arrived later than expected and they left our room key for us so we could get in. Provided a second room key when requested.
