Great hotel in a great location
Incredible location. Caring staff. Lovely lounge. Close to top Kyoto attractions. Near a great little teppanyaki. The list is too long.

Fantastic comfortable luxury boutique hotel
It is a beautiful boutique hotel in Japanese style. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All drinks are included and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in
Very quiet, elegant hotel. Very large, comfortable room. Superb location. Free drinks in the evening and free continental breakfast a bonus.

This hotel felt luxurious and I was so very comfortable! So many things are included, like morning croissants, soft drinks, happy hour, and even laundry. The bed was heavenly, and the bathtub was a treat. The staff are so very kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It feels like a 5-star hotel for certain!
